Scholarship

The Indiana Chapter of the American Concrete Institute awards scholarships annually to students pursuing careers in a construction or engineering related field and who are attending a university in the state of Indiana. Through financial assistance, it is our goal to encourage college students to enter the world of concrete design and construction.

Schedule

The Thomas Grisinger Memorial Scholarship, presented by The Indiana Chapter American Concrete Institute (ICACI) scholarship is now accepting applications for our Annual Scholarship Award. The Scholarship Award will be presented at the April 25, 2017 ICACI Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Completed applications need to be received no later than  April 1, 2017.

 Scholarship Information

  1. Eligible Applicants: Students at Indiana colleges and universities that are Freshmen, Sophomores or Juniors in the 2017/2018 school year, studying a concrete-related curriculum, and intend on pursuing a career in concrete design or construction.
  2. The dollar amount awarded by the Indiana Chapter of the American Concrete Institute is based on the amount accrued in the scholarship fund. There will be three (3) individual scholarships awarded for 2015 in the amounts of $3,000.00, $2,000.00 and $1,000.00.
  3. Selection will be based on the information completed in the application, recommendations and the final selection by the ICACI Scholarship Committee.
  4. A current transcript of grades must be included with the application.
